the secured payment form. In addition, please complete the
donation agreement below.

used to help student-athletes further their educational
needs.
This
tournament is a fundraiser. There will be college coaches in
attendance recruiting. If players have any film; they are
encouraged to bring a copy to the tournament in addition to
transcripts.
